Wesley A. Herczeg

Mr. Herczeg is a seasoned software industry sales professional. Until joining CertainCert as one of the founders, Mr. Herczeg was President of International Marketing Group, Inc., a consulting firm focused on helping organizations exploit the capabilities of proprietary and generic application software with training and just-in-time help tools (Knowledge-Based Support Systems). 

Previously, Mr. Herczeg was associated with Legent Corporation and it predecessors serving in various sales and management capacities.  As Director of Sales for the Information Technology Group, he was responsible for the P&L for half of the US market and all of the Canadian market.  He was instrumental in orchestrating the change from a product-oriented sales strategy to solution selling and to a consultative sale.

Mr. Herczeg and numerous members of his sales team were ICP Million Dollar Award winners. This software industry award recognizes sales professionals who have closed sales in excess of One Million Dollars during a calendar year. Mr. Herczeg has significant experience in selling web based/client server and mainframe applications, knowledge of operating systems and associated software solutions and he has consulted in the development of proprietary software systems. Mr. Herczeg is a graduate of Ball State University with a Degree in Science.

William P. Pleasants III

Mr. Pleasants joined CertainCert LLC in 1996, and has led its Technology Organizations, and its Technology Direction from the Client/Server type solutions, to now very advanced Web Applications and Web Services solutions. He was responsible for and directly involved in the evaluation and recommendation of Insurance Software products, software product strategy, Software as a Service offerings, new Technologies, and Customer Support, working closely with CertainCert customers and Technology leaders in the marketplace.

Mr. Pleasants joined CertainCert LLC in 1996 after thirteen years with the Legent Corporation and its predecessors as a design developer and managing consultant for numerous Client/Server and Mainframe solutions.  He was responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies and products for advanced Financial Services Systems, Knowledge-Based Systems, training systems, and database oriented applications.  Prior to his Legent affiliation, he spent nine years with Sterling Software of Columbus, Ohio as technical consultant manager and online systems manager.

Mr. Pleasants has significant experience developing client server and mainframe applications, knowledge of operating systems and associated software solutions, involvement in proprietary software development and the integration of generic software solutions.  Mr. Pleasants received his BSIE from The Ohio State University.

Karl R. Inman

Mr. Inman joined CertainCert in 2013 and has been involved in the management of the company's business, financial and legal operations.

Mr. Inman is a highly accomplished and hands-on senior management and legal professional, with over 30+ years of proven business and corporate and business legal experience, having been a corporate partner in a major national law firm and the president & CEO of a large manufacturing company. He has provided strategic and financial leadership within start-up, small, emerging, developmental, turnaround and high growth environments. He is qualified in all core business functions, including Operations, Finance, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Product and Project Development, Contract Management (including Risk Management and Insurance Requirements therein), Human Resources, Technology Licensing and Intellectual Property Management, and their associated legal considerations.

Mr. Inman has been a member of numerous Boards of Directors and has served as an adjunct advisor for numerous companies. He holds a BSEE degree from The Ohio State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Capital University School of Law.
